Sherry Opacic Ed. D

In her 40 year career in public education, Dr Opacic served as the Associate Superintendent of Instructional Services for the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE). For twelve years she has also served OCDE as an Assistant Superintendent of Instruction, Director of the Institute for Leadership Development, and the Coordinator of Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA). At the District level Dr. Opacic has worked as an Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction, Director of Curriculum Development and Staff Development, Principal, Media Specialist, and teacher. Dr. Opacic earned a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Studies, and a Masters in Educational Administration from California State University Long Beach. She received her Doctorate in Administrative Leadership from the University of Southern California.
